Water Flow
With 2 main event venues, 35 smaller buildings, including 8 toilet blocks with showers, 3 residential dwellings, a site bore hole and thousands of metres of water pipes; water consumption is a regular topic. By fitting water reduction valves we have reduced flow from 25 to 7 litres per minute across site.
Water consumption has also been reduced by:
- Regularly maintaining and monitoring site borehole to ensure maximum efficiency
- Urinal controls replaced across site
- Push taps installed across site
- Water metered and closely monitored on a regular basis
